What is the return policy?
All sales are final. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to review your order carefully before checkout.
Will Nexis Core fit my bottle?
Core is designed with a universal strap system and curved backing that fits most standard bottles, from slim shakers to wide gym bottles. As long as your bottle has a smooth surface, Core can securely attach. Maximum bottle diameter is 9 cm, 3.5 inches.
How long will shipping take?
Each order is processed with care and dispatched typically within 1 week after your order confirmation. As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery step by step.
Is it safe to use while biking or hiking?
Yes! Core locks securely onto Ride (bike mount) and Trail (backpack mount). The system is designed to handle movement and vibration so your bottle stays put during active use.
Will Core scratch metal surfaces?
No. The magnets are covered with protective caps and a thin film layer to prevent direct contact with metal, so your gym racks, bikes, or bag mounts stay scratch-free.

How strong are the magnets?
Each Core contains high-strength neodymium magnets that can hold your bottle firmly on most steel surfaces. They’re strong enough for gym racks, lockers, and bike mounts, while still allowing easy removal when you need a drink. Can hold bottles up to 1 liter, 33 oz.
